Reading the sample calendar
The sample rows show the sowing rhythm of a temperate zone 6 spring: onions and peas lead in late winter, lettuce follows in early spring, and warm crops take over after the last frost. Each window is general guidance — check your local frost dates each year. For window details per crop, see the planting calendar by zone guide.
